In the unlikely event that a BCC Credential Coach Training Session is canceled, registrants will be notified of the course cancellation not less than one week prior to the scheduled course start date and payments will be fully refunded unless the registrant chooses to enroll for a later course date. You may withdraw from a training session up to the day before the start date of the session for which you have enrolled and receive a refund, minus any credit card processing fees assessed by PayPal, provided that you have not entered the learning platform. If circumstances prevent you from participating in the session in which you have enrolled and you have already entered the learning platform, please let us know and we will be happy to change your enrollment to a future session with available enrollment spots.
