REFUND and WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a scheduled training course must be canceled, registrants will be notified of the cancellation no less than one week prior to the scheduled course start date and registrants will be granted a full refund or may choose to enroll in an upcoming session. Students may cancel a course enrollment at any time before entering the learning platform and receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees.
Refunds: If circumstances prevent you from participating in the Professional Coach Training or continuing education course in which you have enrolled and submitted payment, please let us know BEFORE entering the learning platform and we will be happy to refund your payment less any credit card processing fees.
Withdrawal: If circumstances prevent you from completing a course in which you have enrolled and you have already entered the learning platform, please notify us in writing by email and we will be happy to hold your enrollment spot for a future date or extend your time in the learning platform. Due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable after entering the learning platform or receiving access to digital materials. In limited circumstances, the Barnabas Institute and/or TBT Training in conjunction with our learning platform provider may, in their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the learning content or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of learning management system. For continuing education courses, TBT Training and Barnabas Institute of Professional Coaching partner with TalentLMS.com and Wix.com as the delivery agents for some of its digital media training content. Unless otherwise set forth in course materials, due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all purchases made online through TalentLMS.com are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, TBT Training, Barnabas Institute of Professional Coaching and TalentLMS may, at their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted within 5 days of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the material you purchased or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of TalentLMS.com’s web site or system. PAYMENT METHOD
Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will be connected to either PayPal, Stripe or our third party registration and payment service, TalentLMS, to register and purchase TBT Training and Barnabas Institute of Professional Coaching courses. All major credit cards are accepted.

Barnabas Institute and/or TBT Training will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to connect you to our third party training and payment platforms. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from our third party payment and training platforms, PayPal and TalentLMS or their subsidiaries and group companies, for access to training materials and online payment. Please note that PayPal and TalentLMS have their own privacy policies and have taken numerous steps to ensure that personal data is processed confidentially, accurately and securely; however, TBT Training does not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. You may check PayPal and/or TalentLMS policies before submitting any personal data.

SAFETY SECURITY
Barnabas Institute and TBT Training take precautions to protect your information. For payment purposes and access to training materials we have partnered with PayPal and TalentLMS online learning platform. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via the platforms, PayPal and TalentLMS have implemented encryption and transmittal procedures intended to protect your information both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
