Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a scheduled training course must be canceled, registrants will be notified of the cancellation no less than one week prior to the scheduled course start date and registrants will be granted a full refund or may choose to enroll in an upcoming session. Students may cancel a course enrollment at any time before entering the learning platform and receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees.

 

Refunds:  If circumstances prevent you from participating in the Professional Coach Training  or continuing education course in which you have enrolled and submitted payment, please let us know BEFORE entering the learning platform and we will be happy to refund your payment less any credit card processing fees. 

 

Withdrawal:  If circumstances prevent you from completing a course in which you have enrolled and you have already entered the learning platform, please notify us in writing by email and we will be happy to hold your enrollment spot for a future date or extend your time in the learning platform. Due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable after entering the learning platform or receiving access to digital materials.  In limited circumstances, Barnabas Professional Education in conjunction with our learning platform provider may, in their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the learning content or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of learning management system. For continuing education courses, Barnabas Professional Education, LLC, partners with Wix.com as the delivery agents for some of its digital media training content. Unless otherwise set forth in course materials, due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all purchases made online for continuing education courses are non-refundable.  In limited circumstances, BPE and or WIX may, at their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted within 5 days of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the material you purchased or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of BPE's web site or the WIX learning managment system.
