REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that a BCC Credential Training Session is canceled, registrants will be notified of the course cancellation not less than one week prior to the scheduled course start date and payments will be fully refunded unless the registrant chooses to enroll for a later course date. For continuing education courses, TBT Training partners with TalentLMS.com as the delivery agent for some of its digital media training content. Unless otherwise set forth in course materials, due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all purchases made online through TalentLMS.com are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, TBT Training and TalentLMS may, at their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted to TBT training within 5 days of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the material you purchased or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of TalentLMS.com’s web site or system. If you have any questions about training content, please contact us as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHOD

Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will be connected to either PayPal or our third party registration and payment service, TalentLMS, to register and purchase TBT Training courses. All major credit cards are accepted.

NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

TBT Training does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or for any other reason.

TBT Training will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to connect you to our third party training and payment platforms. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from our third party payment and training platforms, PayPal and TalentLMS or their subsidiaries and group companies, for access to training materials and online payment. Please note that PayPal and TalentLMS have their own privacy policies and have taken numerous steps to ensure that personal data is processed confidentially, accurately and securely; however, TBT Training does not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. You may check PayPal and/or TalentLMS policies before submitting any personal data.

SAFETY SECURITY

TBT Training takes precautions to protect your information. For payment purposes and access to training materials we have partnered with PayPal and TalentLMS online learning platform. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via the platforms, PayPal and TalentLMS have implemented encryption and transmittal procedures intended to protect your information both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
