WHAT IS CEE?  

 

Participating CEE  (Coach Experience Exchange) Coaches are real, professional coaches who have completed or are completing our professional coach training program and applying for the formal Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation. Many are also licensed professional counselors who are now becoming certified as professional coaches.  

 

WHY IS THE PRICE SO LOW FOR PROFESSIONAL COACHING?

 

CEE Participating coaches are offering coaching services in order to document the required 30 hours of "verified coaching experience" for the BCC credential application process which means clients will receive professional coaching at a special, affordable fee. Your payment will be used to manage and coordinate the exchange service. 

 

HOW DOES CEE WORK FOR ME AS A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT?

 

• CEE terms are 3 months and begin every January, May and September. CEE participating coaches may not be available in all terms.

• Spots will be filled on a first come basis after completion of an Application for Coaching Services.

• After submitting the completed Application for Coaching Services, potential coaching clients may request to be placed on the list of interested prospective clients. If a CEE participating coach is available at the time, the prospective client will be contacted for a consultation session. If a participating coach is not available, the prospective client will be place on the list until such time a coach is available. Once contacted by a participating coach, a prospective client can choose whether or not to participate in a consultation session.

• If the prospective client and CEE participating coach agree to enter into a coaching relationship, a coaching agreement will be entered into between the CEE participating coach and prospective client. Payment of the $100 services fee is required from the prospective client prior to the first session.

• The duration of each coach/client relationship will be five sessions (not including the consultation session) and will typically be completed during one month.

• If the client chooses to discontinue the coaching relationship and notifies the coach and TBT Training in writing within 24 hours following the first session, the client may receive a refund of 80% of the registration fee or request to be paired with another coach if one is available. If the client decides to terminate the coaching relationship after the second session, the client may request to be placed back on the prospective client list.

• Each coach and client will schedule the dates and times for their coaching sessions within the then current CEE term. 

• If the client and coach would like to continue the coaching relationship beyond 5 sessions, they may do so upon mutually agreeable terms, including the price per session.
