This program provides BCC coaches and GCDF career development facilitators with introductory knowledge and tools to help clients understand and manage generational differences and diverse populations in the workplace. After successful completion of this course, coaches will increase their ability to do the following: • Identify the potential ethical dilemmas in coaching. • Understand the importance of using an ethical decision making model when facing ethical dilemmas. • Identify the appropriate steps and considerations for ethical decision making. • Implement the steps for ethical decision making. Students have 3 attempts to complete the m/c exam with a score of 70%. In the unlikely event, a student fails the assessment after 3 tries, additional tries will be provided after additional study.
