This course is designed for coaches seeking continuing education and professional development to maintain CCE's BCC (Board Certified Coach) credential. If you have any questions concerning its use for other credentialing bodies, please contact the certifying organization. This training program introduces foundational elements of executive coaching and their potential application in coaching with businesses, organizations, teams, and individuals. It also considers their application to the six BCC domains: Ethical and Professional Standards; Agreements and Goal-Setting; Coach Presence and Applied Skills; Effective Coach-Client Communication and Rapport; Facilitating Client Growth and Accountability; and Coaching Business Practices and Professional Development in coaching for individuals, teams, businesses and organizations. The course includes information on a free online self-actualization assessment tool. Through information provided in this course, Coaches will gain better understanding of foundational elements of executive coaching and be introduced to the TOMS framework for potential use in executive coaching. REQUIRED ASSIGNMENTS and EXAM: To demonstrate understanding, pass the course exam and receive certification for 6 hours of CE, students should read the required texts and articles, watch all videos, complete all reflection and discussion assignments in the learning platform and the Test Your Knowledge multiple choice exam. Students have up to 3 attempts to complete the online m/c exam with a score of 70% or better. In the unlikely event, a student fails the assessment after 3 attempts, additional attempts will be provided after additional study time.
