About
*The Goal-Focused Coaching (GFC) 401 training course is the final 30-hour course in the CCE approved 30-hour, 60-hour and 120-hour GFC training programs. The course achieves the core competencies for Board Certified Coach (BCC) training by emphasizing (1) coaching knowledge and application, (2) ethics and regulatory guidelines, (3) practice management, and (4) assessments needed for professional coaches working from a Goal-Focused (GF) perspective with individuals, businesses and organizations. The course is online, on-demand. Students work at their own pace. The estimated time commitment is 30 hours. On average, students complete the course within 3 to 6 weeks and rarely exceed 3 months unless extenuating circumstances prevent participation. Learning occurs through assigned readings from required texts and other materials, videos, discussion forums, practice coaching activities, personal reflection posts and a multiple-choice exam with a required passing score of 70%. Students must have regular internet access to complete this course. Required Materials/References: The required texts for this course may be purchased on Amazon and at other online retailers.
