About
*The GFC 201 training course is the 2nd of four 30-hour courses in the CCE approved GFC 120-hour coach training program. The course achieves the core competencies for BCC training: (1) coaching knowledge and application, (2) ethics and regulatory guidelines, (3) practice management, and (4) assessments used by professional coaches working from a Goal-Focused perspective with individuals, businesses and organizations. The course structure is online, on-demand. Students work at their own paces. The estimated time commitment is 30 hours. Most students complete the course in 3 to 6 weeks and rarely exceed 3 months unless extenuating circumstances prevent participation. Learning occurs through assigned readings, videos, discussion forums, practice coaching activities, personal reflection posts and a multiple-choice exam with a required passing score of 70%. Students must have regular internet access to complete this course. GFC-201 Required Materials/References: Texts for this course may be purchased on Amazon and at other retailers: 1.
